As a hypnotherapist who specialises in weight loss and healthy eating, I’m very much aware of how the power of the mind influences our body, so I have included weekly ‘mindset workouts’ as well as self-hypnosis MP3s for you to do at home.

There will also be lots of motivational coaching and support to keep you on track. I’ve been following a plant-based wholefoods diet for nearly two decades now, so as you can imagine I have a lot of tips and tricks up my sleeve for avoiding junkfood 😉
