What does it involve?
The course includes 6 private sessions with me, plus my unique online course. During our sessions we’ll discuss what challenges you’re facing in your eating habits (eg, portion sizes, cravings, emotional eating etc). I will then guide you through some gentle relaxing hypnotherapy that’s tailored especially for your needs.
In between each session, you’ll have MP3s and PDF worksheets to work through yourself, to help you through the process, gaining clarity and insight around your eating habits, and increasing your motivation.
Some people like to see me weekly for their one-to-one sessions, while others prefer to space it out more. You can go through the process as quickly or slowly as you wish.
After the initial course, I recommend booking follow-up maintenance sessions, for added accountability and to keep you on the right path.
